A Democratic presidential debate will be held Thursday, Feb. 4 in New Hampshire, MSNBC announced.
The debate will be three days after the Iowa Caucuses and five days before the New Hampshire Primary, held Tuesday Feb. 9.
Chuck Todd and Rachel Maddow will be moderating the event, which will take place at the University of New Hampshire in Durham at 9 p.m. Eastern. Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are expected to attend.
The Democratic National Committee has been receiving criticism for having too few debates so more were added to the primary schedule.
Sanders has been outspoken about the lack of debates when compared to the GOP debates schedules.
“I think it’s out of a false sense that they have to circle wagons around the inevitable front-runner,” Sanders told the New York Times in December.
Both Sanders and Clintons’ campaigns have agreed to four more debates.
