Caillat ImageColbie Caillat, the platinum selling, two-time Grammy winning singer/songwriter, has releases her new single, “Hold On” available via all digital partners now. Caillat co-wrote the song with Ryan Tedder who produced the track during recording sessions in August. Caillat and Tedder make radio and sales magic together: Their last pop collaboration was the platinum selling single Brighter Than the Sun from Caillat’s most recent studio album All of You.

“Hold On” is the first single from Caillat’s upcoming album due out Spring 2014. Watch the new video for “Hold On” here.

Caillat caught a generation’s imagination with her first hit single “Bubbly,” which became one of the best-selling digital tracks of all time. Her first album Coco debuted at No. 5 and raced its way past the multi-Platinum barrier. Her second album Breakthrough debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Album Chart and was honored with two Grammy nominations. That same year, Caillat won two Grammys for her collaborations with Jason Mraz and Taylor Swift.

All of You netted Caillat her sixth platinum single in “Brighter Than the Sun” and a gold single for “I Do”. It was Album of the Week at the NY Post and received rave reviews, with People magazine saying it ‘brings on the glow of summer.”

“Brighter Than the Sun” was featured in more than 20 films, TV shows and commercials. Caillat and her original music were featured in the Cotton campaign and on numerous soundtracks as well.

In 2013, Caillat released her first holiday album, Christmas in the Sand, which featured duets with Brad Paisley, Gavin DeGraw and others. During the last year, she appeared on albums with Jerrod Neimann and Trace Adkins, and on numerous soundtracks including The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and Safe Haven.

Caillat works for honorable causes including the Surfrider Foundation, Save the Music, Farm Sanctuary, and the Humane Society of the U.S.
