NBC is amping up their already traditionally gay comedies (Will & Grace, The New Normal, Sean Saves the World, etc.) with a new comedy produced by Ellen DeGeneres and Lez Feldman.
Feldman, an openly gay comedy writer (2 Broke Girls) worked on DeGeneres’ talk show for two years and wrote her first script as an Oscar host.
The two have collaborated on an unnamed project about “a lesbian and her straight male best friend who get pregnant just as he meets the love of his life,” according to Deadline.
According to HuffingtonPost, DeGeneres is also working on a sitcom for Sophia Grace and Rosie, the singing duo that won over her heart with their rendition of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass”
