“Rewatching My Summer of Love — Natalie Press and Emily Blunt are so outstanding, it is kind of insane,” she wrote.
The movie is “a tale of obsession and deception, and the struggle for the love and faith in a world where both seem impossible. The film charts the emotional and physical hothouse effects that bloom one summer for two young women: Mona (Press), behind a spiky exterior, hides an untapped intelligence and a yearning for something beyond the emptiness of her daily life; Tamsin (Blunt) is well-educated, spoiled and cynical.”
The 26-year-old actress came out less than a year ago and has been much happier ever since.
“I knew I would be happier,” Page said in May. “But I wouldn’t have anticipated just how f-king happy I am and how every tiny little aspect of my life feels better.”
