- Travel to Canada is now permitted. Vancouver Island, the Canadian Rockies, Banff and more are now within reach in a Peace Van.
“We are thrilled that there is so much passion and interest for Peace Vans Rentals which has allowed us to grow our fleet and offer this unique, approachable experience to more travelers from around the globe,” said Peace Vans Rentals Owner Harley Sitner. “Whether you are embarking on an annual camping trip, gathering with family for a reunion or planning a best-friend road trip, Peace Vans has something to offer everyone. We are excited to offer our One-Way trips to Santa Cruz, CA this year, matching an iconic road trip to an iconic vehicle. We saw a lot of smiles in our first year and can’t wait to see more this year.”
Each member of the Peace Vans fleet is a restored VW Camper Van. Peace Vans offers both Vanagons, beloved for their classic styling, and Eurovans, which come with slightly more modern styling, but still a VW Camper vans through and through. All vans comfortably sleep four, two in the very cool pop top tent and two down below. A vacation in a van, each rental includes everything you need for a camping adventure – from cookware and utensils to flashlights, lanterns, camping chairs and even spices and cleaning supplies, and, of course, a French press coffeemaker with fresh local beans roasted and ground exclusively for Peace Vans (espresso available instead of the French press). Washington wine, spirits and other gourmet treats can be added upon special request. Guests can design their own trip, meander the open road or consult with the Peace Vans experts who can offer tips and tricks of van life – such as gourmet camping fare or secret sites.
