Madonna has also recently caused drama by posting photos of iconic figures matching the artwork for her album. The original cover art is a photo of Madonna’s head wrapped in black cord. Madonna tweeted photos of stars like Marilyn Monroe, Homer Simpson and Jesus in the same black cord, but also photos of Bob Marley, Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela, which caused an uproar.
