Teatro ZinZanni and Fire & Vine Hospitality have announced that the two iconic Pacific Northwest companies have formed a hospitality partnership to create exceptional guest experiences on the new Teatro ZinZanni Woodinville campus in Woodinville, WA. The first joint project will be Teatro ZinZanni’s next production, Hollywood & Vine, which opens on November 1, 2018.
The two companies are also teaming up to renovate and reopen the former pub on the property, and develop a private dining and special events program. More details to come in 2019.
The partnership developed following James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Wilson’s culinary development role in Teatro ZinZanni’s 2017 production, “Love, Chaos and Dinner.”
“We paired the menu with the personality of the show with dishes prepared using fresh, local ingredients with lots of fun and flair to delight and enhance the experience,” said chef Jason Wilson, culinary director, Fire & Vine Hospitality.
Leaders from the two companies recognized the opportunities and common values between the two organizations and a partnership was formed. The two companies remain independently owned and operated.
“We are excited to bring the expertise and passion of Fire & Vine Hospitality to all operations on our new site,” said Norm Langill, founder and president of Teatro ZinZanni.
“We believe the talent of our combined teams will elevate the overall experience for our guests, and open the door to a world of possibilities for our hospitality and events-based business in ways we could not have fully explored on our own,” Langill said.
“Both Teatro ZinZanni and Fire & Vine Hospitality share a focus and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests,” said Chad Mackay, CEO, Fire & Vine Hospitality. “This partnership presents an opportunity to combine the dazzle of ZinZanni with an elevated culinary and service experience.”
As Teatro ZinZanni prepares to celebrate 20 years of presenting cirque, comedy and cabaret in the Pacific Northwest, the relocation to Woodinville marks a new chapter in the company’s history.
The world headquarters location in Woodinville allows Teatro ZinZanni to consolidate its operations into one space, including a scene shop, costume shop, training studio, and administrative offices. More importantly, the move allows the company to expand into new areas of business through key partnerships and create new ways for fans to experience the Teatro ZinZanni brand.
Teatro ZinZanni’s Executive Director, Markus Kunz added, “With our new partners, we recognize that this location allows us to diversify our business model as we consider what the next 20 years holds for Teatro ZinZanni. In this wonderful new location, we can’t wait to extend and build upon our successful programming, including our education-based camps. More thrills to come!”
Fire & Vine Hospitality will provide culinary direction, menu and wine program development, as well as operational support. In addition, members of Fire & Vine’s loyalty program, The Revelers Club, will receive special offers and discounts when purchasing tickets to Teatro ZinZanni productions.
