Ways in which the travel and tourism industry is adjusting to make travel safer

The travel and tourism industry has been badly affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some people no longer feel safe when traveling due to this pandemic. The industry is slowly reopening and there are so many plans and measures that they are trying to implement in order to ensure the safety of their customers.

You might want to travel to your favorite real money casino or you can play real money casino games online. Here are the measures that are being put in place in the industry, just in case you feel like traveling.

Airlines now require everyone to wear masks

Many airlines have made it a requirement for their customers as well as cabin crew to wear masks at all times. There were concerns over some travelers not following the rules and now airlines have made a decision to inform their customers before they come to the airports. Some airlines are now penalizing those who do not follow the rules. They are considering fly bans and removals as penalties.

Hotel rooms ionization

Hotels are using new technology to make guest rooms safer for their visitors. Ionization is a process where they will use air molecules to purify the room air particulates, microbes as well as odors. There was a recent research that found that ionization stops the spread of viruses such as COVID-19.

Health care memberships in hotels

Some hotels are now offering health care memberships. This is a 24-hour virtual health care service that is provided to guests via a mobile application. Using this application, guest can have access to services such as prescription renewal, doctors’ appointments as well as remote health assessments.

The use of UV sanitation

Ultraviolet light is one of the technologies that is being used to kill the COVID-19 virus. So many companies in the travel sector are now using this technology, just like how other people travel while playing slots online game. The technology also kills other viruses such as SARS, Ebola and influenza.
